Bastion, floor decoration movement block bug

Bug description: As seen in the attached video, the floor decorations at Aspirant's Rest are blocking movement. I can jump over them, but when I walk over it, it blocks me, its the same with mountsd, although I did not show it in the video.

Edit:
I would like to add, that it seems, that this bug is present in all of Bastion, not just Aspirant's Rest. Everywhere there is that decoration on the floor, it block my characters movement. I edited the title accordingly.
