Bug description: Battle Fatigue acts like a permanent debuff aura in PvP zones.


Proof Blizzard: Battle fatigue applies when one is being hit and lasts for 20 seconds from last hit.

The Hunter is healed by the Paladin for 357,133.
The Hunter falls at Lumber Mill and stays on mount all the way to Farm. The damage taken is falling damage.
That's because in World or PvP zones, Battle Fatigue applies when one is being hit.

Holy Prism hits the enemy then heals 4 allies.
One is healed for 46.594 critical heal, another one for 56.467 normal heal and the other two for 116.882 and 112.398 critical heals.
This means that Battle Fatigue it's not a permanent debuff and lasts for 20 seconds even in PvP Zones.

Battle Fatigue should be permanent only in arenas. Still, i don't think this is a problem though...after you "duel" something in a bg you will encounter another player in 20 seconds in 90% of the time... There will be no big difference.

works as intended on Freakz.
There is no work around for different class specific stack-ups like priest shields. This way a priest can get a 1M absorb on him before engaging combat.
