Bg's balance

I enter the bg, at first we are about 4 alliances vs 5 hordes, then suddenly we are 6 alliances vs 10 hordes, even though the horde team already had more players, the server kept sending players to its team, in its part alliances , because of this we lost 6vs10. This happens almost all the time, the horde somehow will always have more players, I am aware that the horde has more players than the alliance but even so there is not a good balance, if we are less players than the horde in a bg the server It should send players to our team, not to the horde that it already has more, the Alliance cannot enjoy the bgs because of this, fighting 6vs10 is not fair.

Yeah, they should make it so rated bgs fill up if people leave but make it so people cant join the second half to prevent people from joining last second
