[Blacksmithing] Steelforged Essence is not working

Bug description: item is not usable at all.

I was trying to upgrade this shield - Steelforged aegis to get its last transmog appearance (screenshot in proofs). I think that's the only way to get that tmog since you can't buy it via vote points - all upgrade levels have the same ID - that's why i think i will only get basic tmog. So I made an essence, and it is not usable at all, and I'm afraid the higher versions of essences are of no use as well. Please fix it or show another way to get that transmog. Besides of that - the shield doesn't get added to my appearances collection as you can see on screenshots.

Hello, I assume it has not been scripted yet. The only way to get the transmog is to get it through votepoints or donations.
