Bug description:
Using the Sage's Lightning Rod on any Scavenge-bot 004-A8, Sentry-bot 57-K, Defendo-tank 66D or Scavenge-bot 005-B6 and then kill them (as the quest ask you to do), you not get the credit for it.

Confirmed.

Using the lightning rode and killing quest adds wont get quest credit.
