[Bottled Flayedwing Toxin] Buff removed when you go through a loading screen

Character name: Royd
Bug description: Every time you go through a loading screen (portal, relog, entering bg, dungeon, etc) or die, you lose the [Flayedwing Toxin]. It's not a big deal since the cd on the trinket is short (20s), but it's still very annoying and easy to miss. Also, it's really annoying and useless to be re-applying it every time.

Not sure if this will help, but if you apply the buff, and relog, the buff behaves normally (doesn't get removed when you use a portal).
