Bugged Character

So today i changed my race from Troll to Highmountain Tauren, to get https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=255658&&name=mountaineer , 1% more versatility.

Now before I changed my race I had 27 versatility and after i changed it , I had 25, instead of 28. Troll does not have any passive that increase your versatility and I can't donate again to change race, just to find out what is bugged.

Can a GM please check this.

I have different equips for single/aoe. I checked them both before changing the race. I had 23 versatility with single target gear and 27 versatility with aoe gear. After i changed the race i had 21 versatility with single target gear and 25 versatility with aoe gear.... instead of 24 and 28 (with the extra 1% from the passive).

So instead of gaining 1% versatility i lost 2%, which is 3% in total.

I used unstuck, delete cache/errors, etc...everything that was down to me.
