Bug description: Quests from obtaining Items from chests in the zones of Shadowlands not working properly.

Hello, from what I see in your image, you are reffering to You'll Never Walk Alone quest which has already been reported on our Trello. Regarding the other items, you should create separate topics with the quest that they unlock while they are used. Thank you for your report!
