Buy old memories at custom vendor

I started on this server around 8.3 and couldn't farm the best essence for my mage as I couldn't get the items from 8.2 raids (i would have needed multiple runs of a full raid) - so I had to chose a 2nd best essence

The same goes for Shadowlands - if you have just started and may need a memory of 9.0 raids, there's hardly any realistic possibility you can farm it.

Please make memories purchasable at a custom npc (like conduit vendor - you could even use conduit energy as conduit energy is quite useless as soon as you have all enery maxed out)
