CD on Ds 10 heroic

Yesterday at 21.30 for italy maybe 22.30 for the server time, my raid guild on exodus and me was on yor'sahj trash, when server crash or restart i don't know, after 3 minutes we logged on, we are pushed back on entrance of ds, and all trash respawn, but morchok and yor disappear :/ we have a cd on DS 10 hc without any boss...
There are any chance to clear CD?

P.s. why hagara is still so bugged? when hagara is in water phase and she got shield and she is linked to the crystal, she leave the central position and go around to kill ppl :S ???

I can tell you what's "bugged" there - Hagara channels that "water" phase, that means you have some fixed time to kill crystals. After channel is finished, she starts to kill everything 'cos, like Ilidan once said: "YOU ARE NOT PREPARED !"

mate i know the tattics xD i mean when hagara still in water phase... not when she finished the channeling ... but in middle of channel

well i had problems in 25h when she starts to go arround and kill everything during the frost phase, but it was bcs she completed channeling and lots of people were dead and we didnt kill the crystals in time.. but never saw her in midle of channeling to go around and kill some1
