The quest is working perfectly, you are doing something wrong. Speak with the dwarf and perhaps...

I've got visions of ice, and I'm in front of annie, in the cavern, and it doesn't complete or start any dialogue....the same for other 3 ppl at least, maybe I should try abandoning the q and retaking it?

Please don't start the Opera Event without killing the boss, or just don't start it at all. It's bugged and i'm working on it (not caused by the event)

This part was also Nice and Easy:D Liked it
So if the story is going to be like the animation frozen, Next part we are going to fight and Evil but protective also some how nice big Elemental of some sort , well since its frozen, and Icy looking Elemental is going to be the last boss.

Also the most important part. please tell us it has nice Reward, Good mounts.
An idea

If we could choose 2 mounts out of 6 would be nice:D See i'm not greedy.

Yes it drop's on silver veins. As for the drop rate is not something extremely LOW. Keep trying!
