help I lost the quest reward due to rollback

after defeating alisa and turning in the quest to annie the server rolled back and I lost the quest reward

I've made an in-game ticket and they told me to make a post in the item recovery forum so I made a post and they told me to make an in game ticket

Hi, I accidentally went to Karazhan and forgot to get the quest, so I killed the 2nd boss and nothing dropped and now I have cd for the instance. Can anything be done or I must give up the quest on the char completely?

Char name: Fluffyspade

(That happened last night and I had heard it should respawn but it's still dead now.)

Hey a friend did the quest yesterday and at the end opened the bag and it droped him 2 mounts the transparent panther and the red insect, than the server crashed and he was left with absolutely nothing, and the quest remained completed. I don't know if you could check his bag from yesterday before the crash happened to see for yourself he was telling the truth but I think the least that can be done is for him to get the last quest again, I think he still has the silver prison thingy in his bag but no quest. His ingame name is Obllivionn .

Yesterday killed Moroes with 2 other friends but loot bugged and no quest item (Alodi's Journal). GMs said the boss would respawn after 1hr after restart but even now after restart, after deleting Cache folder, Moroes isn't spawned and still have CD.
Char names in the CD: Hikawa, Orcocksucks, Ilorcll

How did he get 2 of the additional items when you can only get 1.

It's impossible to get 2 mounts ( "transparent panther and the red insect" )because this bag drop only 2 items : Big blizzard bear (100%) and 1 random item from the list.

So will he get the quest back? he still has the Dimensional Silver Prison wich you can't have if you complete the quest but he has no quest at Annie, it's a mess. If you think we're just trying to get more shots at the rewards don't worry, I've done the quest on 4 characters and only got companions and the polar bear

, I understand giving epic mounts hurts the server, bad luck is bad luck we're still thankfull for the opportunity.

I have the same problem with Karazhan like the others. I have CD on instance and I can't kill Moroes and Malchezaar.

We experienced the same loot problem with my friend.. we killed Moroes and 0 quest item.
Also something is wrong with the respawn time. According to k0s: "Respawn time for Moroes & Prince Malchezaar temporary reduced to 1 hour. Live after server restart and available only during the event.". According to NPC Finder Moroes has 2hrs respawn time. Well...more than 6 hours passed since the restart and Moroes still dead for me.

A new reset for Karazhan is scheduled. Live after server restart, including respawn time reduced for Moroes & Malchezaar.

Event duration increased by 1 day.
