Details: I have just completed the two emissaries when I decided to fly away for the third when I got disconnected in Suramar, then when I logged back in I found a mail with my two chest boxes however when I tried picking them from it I was unable to do so. I still keep the mail but the contents have gone missing.Thank you in advance.
