Details:
I got the heirloom hoarder achievement https://imgur.com/a/JabVdgX, Clinking Present (ID 122718) came to me in mail as supposed. I opened it and failed to loot the mount, i must have missclicked or moved while looting. It's gone. Now I can't get this item any other way than through item recovery.
