Details: Something very strange did happen so after collecting the 13 skulls required for the quest I went to karazhan to kill the mob wich would drop the apperance so I kill said mob and loot the apperance, right after killing the mob I get the window with the complete quest button I click said button and the item just vanishes from my inventory.
