[COMPLETED] Beastmastery hunter hidden appearance bug/not recived after used

Details: (optional) I was going to Dalaran to buy item and when i bought item my character became invisible for like 15 seconds and after that he become visible again, i did go to class hall to check if i have my hidden appearance and i didn't have it, and there was another hunter which got same bug as me, down below is link of picture, which is prof i bought hidden appearance. All this happened today, you can check clock so it doesn't look like some scam, Thanks!

Delete wow cache and reuse it
