I have slained Grimoira for the alchemy quest and passed in the blendy glass tubes.
Now i can't accept the follower quest (Going underground).

The gm told me to abdaon the quest and do it again. But now I am not able to receive the item again as the hidden door in VotW does not open for me (cache cleared, addons disabled and yes I use the invis flask).
