[COMPLETED] Blazing chest disappearing

You can see there is no blazing chest. And there is one 100% drop chance of burden of eternity. I tried to loot but when mobs attacked me, for some no reason it disappeared. I went back took screenshot. There were a trinket and a finger and boots token too. But i only need the burden of eternity. Other items will be great if you kindly provide me with.

P.s: Same thing happened with my DK too.
