Details from previous ticket:
I bought the Brewfest Kodo mount with 50 voting points. I enter the game twice and the mount doesn't appear in the list. It's a both faction mount so there shouldn't be any problem, it doesn't appear on Alli or Horde.

Update after the first ticket was closed:
I got the mount in the mail, but it says I already know it. You can see in the screenshot I don't own the mount.
Can you pls fix it? If not, can I get my 50 voting points back or can you send me a different mount like Minion of Grumpus (also 50 points):
