Details: when i first time killed Oakheart the item was dropped, but unfortunately my bags were full and quest wasnt counted. When i trying to rerun dung, item doesnt even drop now. Also i tried to abandon quest and take again, but it didnt help.

I know, this is my fault, but is it possible to get item?
