Details: (optional) As per shockeru post the Guldan Mount is supposed to drop for only those player who do not have the mount already. However when we did Guldan M, it dropped for me and everyone/anyone who already has it, should not get it.
You can see from following screenshot and hopefully pass to the player who does not have it @ that raid :
