Details: (optional) So ive looted the Bulwark of the Iron Warden and used it but i didnt get the artifact skin.... Soo i made a post to recover my item,so they did and told me delete wow cahce before using it...i did... and nothign happend...same problem... help me again please or recover my item one more time pls
