Item Name & ID: Twinblades of the Deceiver
Armory Link: Don't know what this means
Details: (optional) I am doing the quest "Cursed Forge of Nathrezim." The quest requires me to empower my Artifact, but I empowered my Artifact before I received the quest. Because of this, I am not able to finish the quest. I saw someone make a thread about this exact same issue, and a moderator suggested to make a thread here to hopefully replace my empowered Artifact. Please let me know if there is anything I need to do to fix my issue. Thank you!
