what proof are you talking about??? its a 100% drop. and i killed him, and from the character feed you can see i didnt recieve the item. what more proof do you need? as you can see from my character feed i killed the boss, thus the boss needs to drop the item and the reset was on friday and i didnt do any other lei shen (HC, lFR... etc), and other people recieved secrets and sigls

and as you can see my name is not preset in the news feed for getting a Titan runestone, jet both of my guildmates got it. i dont know what more proof i can give you
