Details:

Two letters with items were sent from the character Ceasardlk to the character Ceasardl, after entering the game on the character Ceasardl found them empty / without items with the address of the sender @Unknown.

yes , I decided to recreate it by changing the appearance and nickname before I continued to play and sent the items

I did not suspect that this could happen based on the behavior of other servers in such actions, since they store items in the mail, even if the sender's character is deleted.
Yesterday, all these items was dressed on character - Ceasardl , if there is an opportunity to review the backup.
At the moment there are only empty letters with the name of the first item put in them.
