Details: my artifact weapon disappeared after i changed my spec.after relog i got it in mail but... with 0 traits and artifact power.
even more now i can't use my artifact skil (strike of the windlord) and i cant put any points in traits.
I had 21 traits if its possible to give them back too that would be nice.

if i learn any artifact power its going to disappear after teleport/relog
