As you know (Or you don't ) My account was stolen and my chars and my gears were deleted
Fortunetly with the help of gms and Shocker The Account is back to me and I Recovered the Characters but There is no item to recover on the site Because I Think the guy who stole my account Sold my gear to a Vendor or sth
Sorry I don't have screen shot of my gear so I think you should check on database
*He Stole All the Gold + Some Trans Gear in my bags too + I had a leveling char Troll priest (level 70) and since it wasn't level 90 I cant recover it

Okay, Elders, so we make this clear, if the armory does not point out the fact that you got an item, you are not getting it back. Did you have any donation items as well?

2 characters are fine, more than that, clearly no (it's a time-consuming task). It's solely your fault that "you got hacked", you can't retrieve everything, use the internet with caution the following time. You might be mad and state that "we don't care about players", but as a matter of fact, caring about players means being able to prioritize/split requests belonging to multiple players. Retrieving items for 3 characters is time-consuming because we got to check a lot of stuff, there ain't a button for that. Just a note, on retail you get to retrieve an item / month.

Only legendary meta gem On The head of Elderx Other donated items were not deleted

The Donated Items Are NOT deleted , I have Them
But I had ( 95347 ) The legendary meta Gem On ( 103498 ) And The Head is Deleted
Other Donated items Are Not Deleted Only that Gem that was attached to the head Is deleted With the head

The items were recovered some transmog gear was not recovered due to them being lost before the incident .
