[COMPLETED] Hidden Appearance Affliction Warlock bugged for me

Bug description: After grinding 13 skulls of the execusioners I moved to Deathwing Pass to finish my Hidden Appearance quest. After killing mini boss which dropped this appearance I finished quest by clicking it and when I finished it appearance just disappeared. Im posting screen from guild info that I dropped it and it's gone from my inventory
