Details: (optional) : so, today finally got this item from Ursoc (heroic) which unlocks the hidden appearance for druids guardian, i used the item and i didn't even get the achievement and it didn't unlock the appearance for my character, im really upset about this because ive been farming this item for a long time now,
please I need someone to respond to this problem and so we can solve it in the easiest way possible, its just not fair that this happens.
