Details: (optional) When I got the skin I used my death gate I went to the class hall I used the Runes of the Darkening and my swords didn't change and the skin was gone . Please help

I was in a raid with 29 man man doing the bosses after we wiped over 30 times . Most of them were horde and I don't have a picture

The achievement didn't count . When I used the skin it was like I was using Relic Power but nothing happened . My blades were just staring into the air for a few secs
