Details: (optional) This is a continuation of a previous post (https://forum.wow-freakz.com/view-post-5821388.html). I logged in, had the ensemble on a mail, but now I try to right click it and nothing happens with it for some reason. Tried relogging and deleting cache but nothing changed.

I don't want you to refund me the ensemble, I want either the 12 Marks of Honor back or you adding every piece of that ensemble to my collection. Only that would make any sense. Just wasting 12 Marks for nothing? That's not making any sense.

You can choose another ensemble to replace it only

No refunding currencies

Also many people have used that ensemble without a problem

I am not saying they haven't used it in success, I even used it successfully, it's just that when I did it nothing was added on my wardrobe. You can't always blame it on the players. Replace it with Ensemble: Primal Gladiator's Ringmail Armor, [item=138562] if you will. Also should I try to buy the ensemble again when I get 12 Marks in the future or not? That was the transmog I wanted on my shaman and it's a pitty I don't have a say in it.
