[COMPLETED] Item disappeared after using it in a raid

Details: (optional) : in ToS nm i swiched out my waist lege for my cloak and then swiched it back after we killed the boss. I loged off and came back 1h after, my waist and my cloak lege were gone, but i had received the cloak legendary in the mail, the waist from EoA 15 wasn't there and now i don't have it.
