[COMPLETED] Items awarded by achievments are bugged. vote point purchase yields same result

Details: (optional)the problem is apperntly item rewards from achievments related to pet battles. Even after earning the acievments and recieving the items, when they were used they were consumed but not learnt. I spent vote points on both items think this might help but the same result happened consumed item no result. I make the report not only to see if the something can be done so i can learn both pets but also to check if all items to be awarded through achievments are bound to be bugged.
