Details: (optional) Firstl I wanted to lvl up a priest, then while I was sending my looms to the char, I had made up my mind, and decided to lvl a warlock instead. I logged back on the priest, and I went to mailbox, I pressed "Return" on the looms i've recieved on the priest. I logged out of the priest, then deleted the char, and made the warlock named Nevertoxic (same name). After that I wanted the looms on my lock, so i logged back on my other alts ( Wingx-Aizy) to recieve the looms i've returned from my priest. Plot twist, I didn't get the items. I got the mail with no items in it, send from "unkown".

As u can see on armory link, both of my toons "recently activity" was to buy the heirlooms.

next time after returning mail take them from the character it was returned to, before deleting the character . which causes mail to be lost
