Details: (optional) i got the Ring yesterday night i logged out went to sleep logged in morning and ofc the ring disspeared this is the 2nd time that happens to me within a week but ok here is the prof that i got the item https://imgur.com/a/tR98KtV

Legendary items can be recovered with item level 910 only.

You will have to do the quest to make it 970 item level.
