[COMPLETED] Lost 3 emissary caches - More Proof & Read Carefully before Rejecting

Yes, i have the said items on the backpack, BUT as i said i cannot open them.. they are greyed out.
If you see on the 1st picture above i have 3 caches on the mail, once i get them from it, one disappeared and if you look at the chatbox from the 2nd picture you can see theres no loot given or box opened.. in case you thought i had open the one i claim to be gone.

I'll give you a bit more proof now, so you dont think im trying some scheme here..

Today i logged on the game and they items you said i had on the backpack were gone... gone where?? To the mailbox once again.
I grabbed them from the mail and the same thing happened. They became greyed out and unable to be opened.
After that i relogged the game and same thing happened once more.. items gone from bag directly to mailbox, as shown from the picture below.



Having so many players reporting this issue, one would think that theres enough veracity that shows theres some issue with it, specially since the bags got updated recently and had problems in the past.
