Details: About a month ago i bought these items from vote shop, and last week(i think) i moved them to my off char, an human warrior to level it up. After passing the first levels i got bored of alliance and i thought that i should try to play horde. So i deleted my human warrior totally forgetting that my heirlooms were there and i created a orc warrior, after that my heirlooms were gone and i couldn't get them back.
