Hi, I did the https://www.wow-freakz.com/achievements.php?achievement=12439&name=priority-mail Achievement today.
From this I was supposed to get the Mailemental Pet as shown by reward from the achievement. After completing the achievement,
I received the mail from the postmaster with the reward. I attached a screenshot of the mail ingame as well as my achievement
shown as finished. I have only done it on this one character. I went on the recovering missing items on the main page and it told
me that there were no items to be recovered.

I then took my rewards from the mailbox but when I right clicked on the mailemental it did not work properly. It dissapeared from
my inventory and did not appear in my Pet collection. I made an ingame ticket and they sugguest clearing the cache and
re-entering wow. This however did not work and they told me to make a topic on the forum
