Details: (optional) : Hello i got neck legendary like 15 or maybe more days ago but i lost it. it shows that i got it in the armory in the guild news. but it is not exist not in the bag or mail or the bank and it wasnt showing in the recoverable or deleted items.

i don't know what i can give you anymore as a proof, i have only this screenshot from the day i lost the leggy. it doesn't appear anymore on wow armory because it's 17 days ago.. maybe you can check it in a database or smth.

Legendary items can be recovered with item level 910 only.

You will have to do the quest to make it 970 item level.
