[COMPLETED] Missing transmog weapons

Character Name: Lightsvein
Item Name & ID: Zoid's Firelit Greatsword - 71781; 71780 (normal and heroic); Citadel Enforcer's Claymore 50761 (normal or heroic (I can't remember, but I believe it was nm))

Details: I farmed those items all day with a friend. What happened is that my armor pieces are still here but my weapon transmogs are ALL gone. There were a myriad of weapons' appearances I got but those 3 are the main ones I was farming and wanted. If those could somehow be returned to me I'd appreciate it gretly.
I contacted in-game support by sending over a ticket, and GM Tadashi told me to delete my cache. So I did and logged on again, but nothing changed. Then I sent a return e-mail and were suggested to post on the forum.

Done
