Hello, I'm doing Balance of Power quests and yesterday I did NH NM to farm Nightshards and I got 11 but today they were deleted from my bag, I went to NH HC and now it appears like I have 20 but I can't complete the quest as showed in the screenshot. I wanna recover the nightshards so I'm able to complete and finish the quest. Best regards.

Abandon quest > delete wow cache > retake quest > retake new nightshards from mail
