Details: (optional) So a friend of mine sent me a Jeweled Onyx Panther through the mail and when i got it and tried to use it it says no charges left. Then i wrote a ticket one of the GM's tried to help me told me to try a couple of things but they didn't work so he/she told me to make a topic in the item recovery section here are some photos that the panther is in my inventory but i simply cant use it.
