Details: (optional) I got this item 2 weeks ago, 2 hours after i got it server crashed and item was gone, reported on forum but got rejected 15 hours ago, asked in tickets few times nothing happened.
And item recovery dont work as you can see in picture below:

Legendary items can be recovered with item level 910 only.

You will have to do the quest to make it 970 item level.
