Details: (optional) : HI GM. The JWC Quest Halls Of Valor: Jewel of the Heaven seems kind of bugged at the moment. The DB says 2158 players did it but lately its not dropping the ring. I have done Halls of Valor on Normal, Heroic & RDF Heroic but the ring has not dropped. I'm guessing it got bugged when you launched PTR. otherwise it should have dropped. According to WOWHEAD it's a guaranteed drop chance on Normal, Heroic & Mythic. Please tell me how am i suppose to finish the quest.
