I just did the Assault on Violet Hold for the quest item Violet Hold Prison Key, but the final boss didn't drop the item even though it should be a 100% drop as it states here http://www.wowhead.com/quest=38965/assault-on-violet-hold:-into-the-hold#comments, and then noticed this other thread https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Violet-Hold-Prison-Key-t527727.html in which another user was helped for the same issue, so i figured I might as well ask for your help.
