Details: (optional) This item should drop by Advisor Melandrus in Court of Stars as part of the quest Court of Stars: Beware the Fury of a Patient Elf, and although I get the kill count for the advisor the item never drops, not for me nor for other party members. I really would like this to be solved as I already did everything else needed for the Broken Isles Pathfinder achievement.
