Details: (optional) I had made a post about loosing this item after doing a quest... and LethalFactorLK and marked my topic completed and I got my item Ingame... I was happy and started continueing my quests.. and again after 4 - 5 quests I again lost the item after completeing the quest... and I still have quests that require that item :/ I know it sounds weird but... pls help me once more
