Hello. As instructed by forum staff i did remake the topic with item id.

Details: (optional) I made a post on forum to recover CHARGED CRYPTOMANCER DECODER RING on 02/08/2020. The forum staff gave me Cryptmancer Decoder Ring, i was missing the CHARGED ONE... Anyway i took the item from mail after the request was completed and it dissapeared again from my bag.... As i see it there are only 2 solutions to my problem: Either give me the CHARGED Cryptomancher decoder Ring or even better, give me the Solved Cipher. And FYI i paid 20k gold instead of only 10k required to charge the ring since i charged 2 rings....I don't know if u can give me the 10k gold i lost, but i would really like to get the quest item and finish the quest. Please help.
