Details: (optional) I was told to ask you guys for help. I try to use the ensemble and nothing happens. I used it yesterday when I was told it's been fixed, it said that it was added on my wardrobe but as you may be able to see nothing was added. Then after the restart, I got the item refunded and when trying to use it nothing happens. It's been about a week of non stop e-mails, forum threads and GM tickets and still no solution. It would be awesome if you guys could take the ensemble from me and manually add the transmog pieces or something. I want this transmog badly and I can't do anything... :/

I am sorry, I just realised I mistakenly clicked on the MoP version of Item Recovery instead of the Legion one.

Delete wow cache and try using again
