[COMPLETED] Reins of the Albino Drake on wrong character

Details:

I got the achievement "Leading the cavalry" - http://www.wowhead.com/achievement=2143/leading-the-cavalry

But finished it one the "wrong" character (see "proofs")

That Character is only lvl 41 and a side character (for race mounts only) and therefore can't use the item.

Wanted to ask if it's possible to send the item to another char who can learn the mount, which would be "Killerzz" (appropiate Level and Artisan Riding learned)

When I completed that achievement I received the mount on every char (IN MAILBOX)

I looked through all of my characters, but only the one in the picture has recieved the mail with mount. I know that it should be as you said, but it isn't =/
